  • Structural expertise to manage the investigation and design the fixes, the construction expertise to estimate and assign the costs, and the expert witnesses to support you if you need to go to trial, mediation, or arbitration
Project Construction Management
  • Implement a procurement strategy for assembling the project team including design, construction and specialty consultants, and managing business conditions.
  • Prepare conceptual budgets and schedules.
  • Manage the design and pre-construction activities to meet the budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate technical reviews.
  • Formulate construction delivery methods.
  • Manage construction procurement for the delivery method.
  • Manage budget, schedule, payout process and field issues during construction.
  • Coordinate the project close out activities from punch list through move–in.
Sustainable Design
  • LEED® accredited professional on staff
  • Understand the intent of the criteria for certifying buildings for LEED®
  • In-house commissioning authority, and construction management services
  • Building energy modeling, life-cycle cost analysis, and energy conservation design experience
  • Appropriate teaming with outside professionals in instrumentation & systems controls, lighting design, computational fluid dynamics, and acoustics and vibration control, as project requirements dictate
