Mauricio Pinto, MS, PE, SE, PMP, LEED AP BD+C
Board Member & President
In 1994, Mauricio started his own firm INTRAUSA, INC. (formerly Intra, Inc.), and was later incorporated in Texas in 2002. The firm has evolved from a structural engineering services company to a multidiscipline engineering firm. Mauricio's long, distinguished engineering career has focused on construction, engineering, project management & commissioning experience with EPCI, Architectural, Engineering firms and Utilities in the US and internationally (Fluent in Spanish).
Mauricio is a certified PMP, LEED AP BD+C accredited, has Lean Six Sigma training and is fully versed in lean techniques, project management and LEED knowledge that he imparts to the overall approach of the organization of the company, projects, commissioning and scheduling.
Carmen Pinto
Board Member & Vice-President
In 1994, Carmen assisted her husband in starting their firm INTRAUSA, INC. (formerly Intra, Inc.), and was later incorporated in Texas in 2002. The firm has evolved from a structural engineering services company to a multidiscipline engineering firm. Carmen’s role has always been focused around the finances and major decisions that the firm took along its lifecycle.
Francisco Leon
Engineering Project Manager, PMP
Mechanical Engineer certified as "Project Management Professional" (PMP) with 19+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas. Has served as Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Construction Superintendent, Field Engineer and Designer for upstream, midstream and downstream projects. Experience includes crude oil processing dehydration facilities, pumping stations, oil pipelines, oil well pads, water injection, gas compression facilities, tank farms and terminals, power generation and distribution, refining processes among others.

Cost Control Manager
Has over 17 years’ experience as an administrative manager, coordinator and analyst, in different functional departments, such as: general administration, planning and project control, financial, purchases, logistics and business development.
Professional development and experience has been focused and specialized in planning and developing business opportunities in industrial design, engineering, supervision and EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas, Mining, environmental and Municipal projects.
